Wildflower Honey Wine (2011 Bronze Medal, Dry Traditional, International Mead Festival):  

A dry mead made from honey from our hives diluted with mountain well water.  Unboiled.  Gluten-free.  No sulfites added.  Flavors and aromas will vary with season.   $15

We limit our use of sulfites to those meads that require large amounts of raw fruits or finish with residual sugar, and we heat only when tradition or sanitation dictates, using a wood-fired kettle.
