Bee Brews - Light, dry meads, with slight effervescence from bottle conditioning.  All are gluten free.  Enjoy chilled.

Bee Brew- Virginia wildflower honey provides light floral and honey character.

Cherry Bee Brew - We add a small amount of tart cherry to our Bee Brew at bottling.  Cherry notes pair perfectly with Virginia Wildflower honey.

Pineapple Bee Brew - We add a small amount of organic pineapple juice to our Bee Brew at bottling, which provides a hint of pineapple in both the aroma and finish.

Hoppy Bee Brew - We boil hops with some local honey, add just a touch more honey, and ferment it.  The result is a dry, refreshing tonic with bitterness and aroma of a good bitter or pale ale - but different. 

Lime Bee Brew - We dilute local wildflower honey and add fresh lime puree to produce a unique, tart, thirst-quenching libation.  Great in the summer or to complement spicy foods such as Thai, Indian or Mexican.

Ginger Bee Brew - This spicy, refreshing mead combines Virginia-grown ginger, lime and Virginia Wildflower honey.  Coming soon!


We limit our use of sulfites to those meads that require large amounts of raw fruits or finish with residual sugar, and we heat only when tradition or sanitation dictates, using a wood-fired kettle.  Our Bee Brew products are unfiltered so you may discover some sediment or cloudiness in the bottle.  This is normal.  Some like the flavor of the sediment and others do not.  To avoid the sediment, let your mead settle and carefully pour it off of the sediment.
