Cyser:  Our traditional cyser.  50/50 blend of apples and honey.  A dry, well-balanced mead that complements pork and other roasted or grilled meats.  Gluten-free.  $15

We limit our use of sulfites to those meads that require large amounts of raw fruits or finish with residual sugar, and we heat only when tradition or sanitation dictates, using a wood-fired kettle.  Cyser is unfiltered so you may discover some sediment or cloudiness in the bottle.  This is normal.  Some like the flavor of the sediment and others do not.  To avoid the sediment, let your mead settle and carefully pour it off of the sediment.
